No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Eclectic Treasures LLC does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits for products purchased online, in-store, at events, or through any other sales channel.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item from an online order or discover that an item was damaged prior to delivery, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Please include:
- Your receipt or order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and packaging, when applicable
Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any replacement, repair, or other resolution is provided solely at the discretion of Eclectic Treasures LLC.
In-Store Purchases
Customers are encouraged to inspect merchandise before completing their purchase. Once a retail transaction is completed, the sale is final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Online Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, specifications, and photographs before placing an order. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.
Customer Responsibility
Many items sold by Eclectic Treasures LLC may be unique, vintage, collectible, handcrafted, pre-owned, or one-of-a-kind. Variations in color, wear, condition, packaging, and appearance are not grounds for refunds or returns.
